OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. Sponsorship. The Wild Wednesdays sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the following entities:
   1. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 1805 Daimler Rd., Rockford, Illinois 61108 (the “Drawing Address”);
   2. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 5520 Elevator Rd., Roscoe, Illinois 61073;
   3. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 6239 N. 2^nd, Loves Park, Illinois 61111;
   4. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 7451 E. State St., Rockford, Illinois 61107;
   5. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 6747 Broadcast Pkwy., Loves Park, Illinois 61111;
   6. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 1405-C West Lane Rd., Machesney Park, Illinois 61115;
   7. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 2424 S. Alpine Rd., Rockford, Illinois 61108;
   8. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 1421 Harlem Rd., Loves Park, Illinois 61111;
   9. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 3315 N. Main St., Rockford, Illinois 61103;
   10. Molly’s Deli, with a principal place of business located at 1491 North State St., Belvidere, Illinois 61008; and
   11. Shamrock Video Gaming, with a principal place of business located at 4901 N. 2nd St., Loves Park, Illinois 61111.

(each, a “Sponsor” and a “Participating Location”).

2. Sweepstakes Procedure. Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through an On-Site Entry, as described below (an “Entry”). Each person who enters the Sweepstakes via an Entry is referred to herein as a “Participant.” In connection with an Entry, a Patron may be required to provide the Participant’s: (a) first and last name, (b) telephone number, (c) physical address and (d) e-mail address (the “Required Participant Information”). The Required Participant Information must be accurate and current as of the date of the Entry. A Participant is permitted one (1) Entry per Sweepstakes per day. All Participants must enter themselves in the Sweepstakes; a third-party (including the Sponsor’s employees) may not enter another in the Sweepstakes. In the event that a Participant fails to comply with any of the requirements contained in this Section or that are otherwise provided for herein, at the sole determination of the Sponsor, such Participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Moreover, at the sole determination of the Sponsor, all of that Participant’s Entries may be deemed null and void, not honored or acknowledged and may be grounds for forfeiture of his/her prizes.

ON-SITE ENTRY: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes via an Entry by making a request to draw a card from a full fifty-two card deck (the “Deck”) kept on the premises of the Participating Locations to a representative of the Sponsor on duty at the Participating Location during normal business hours. If the card drawn from the Deck matches one of the five cards displayed at the Participating Location, the Participant wins the Prize described in Section 4 herein.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. FURTHER, A PURCHASE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY PRODUCT, GOOD OR SERVICE SOLD BY THE SPONSOR) WILL NOT IMPROVE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING WITH AN ENTRY.
4. Prizes, Prize Values, Odds of Winning and Collecting Prizes.

• By entering the Sweepstakes, Participants are eligible to win a VGT credit valued at $5.00 and valid at the Participating Location.
• The odds of winning each Prize are approximately 1 in 9.
• Because all Prizes must be collected in person, there are no shipping or handling fees or charges associated with collecting a Prize.

5. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States of America who are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes shall be open to all patrons who meet these criteria, regardless of whether such patron has or intends to play a Video Gaming Terminal. As applicable, employees of any Sponsor, its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. An “immediate family member” is defined to mean spouse, parent, grandparent, child or sibling. In-laws are not considered to be immediate family members.
6. Use of Disclosed Information. Information transmitted to any Sponsor will generally be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use each winner’s name, biographical information and/or likeness for online posting and/or any other written or photographic advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Further, by entering the Sweepstakes, the Participant is granting Sponsor permission to use his/her contact information to provide him/her with marketing or other informational materials related to Sponsor.
7. Facebook Disclosure. Although this Sweepstakes may be advertised on the Facebook pages of either Sponsor or another, this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Participants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. The information a Participant provides will only be used by Sponsor. By entering, Participants provide a complete release of Facebook from any and all responsibilities implied or provided by Sponsor and that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
8. Miscellaneous.

• By entering, Participants unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• All federal, state, and local laws apply.
• Sponsor and, as applicable, the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible Entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of any Sponsor that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or discontinued; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the sweepstakes.
• Participants agree that any dispute arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without class action and exclusively by the state and federal courts in Cook County, Illinois under the laws of Illinois, without regard to that state’s conflict of laws principles.
• For the name of the winners or an additional copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope request to the principal place of business identified in Section 1 above. The names of the previous day’s winners will be available on or after three (3:00pm) the day after.
• Any inquiries or questions regarding this Sweepstakes may be sent by regular mail to SWEEPSTAKES at the principal place of business identified in Section 1 above.

(each, a “Sponsor” and a “Participating Location”).
